Smoke steaks on the grill for 1 hour. Remove and turn grill temperature up to high. Sear steaks for 5 minutes on each side.

Smoke pan of cheesy potatoes on the grill for 1 hour. Turn heat up and grill on high for 10 minutes.
Toss your pork on the grill about 8 hours before you plan on eating for a medium size pork butt, or 10 hours before for a large pork butt. With the Anchor Grill's temperature consistency you don't need to check it until its done!
